ARGB LED controller for Raspberry Pi Pico W
Started as a personal project alongside coursework, and still actively developed. MicroPython on a Pico W drives a WS2812B strip over four control channels — the enclosure button, MQTT, HTTP, and a browser-based installer. Currently running as a wall of hexagon panels above my desk.

The thesis that did not stop at the defence
A .NET backend with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and a server-side MQTT connection. The React Native app receives live device state over SignalR.
Two years after the first commit
The side project finally caught up to itself: a packaged release you can actually flash and run, not just source you build yourself.
